RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
* 2010-2012 Université Paris Sud. Follow up of the procedure “active orientation” Statistical studies on about 12000 entries.

* 2009: Eight months training at "Institut Pasteur (Paris)" (MOLECULAR GENETIC OF BUNYAVIRUS): Proteomic and dynamic study of the interaction between Aedes aegypti and arbovirus (Chikungunya and Dengue).

Dialysis; 2D electrophoresis, software for statistical analysis of spots (Image master platinum, same spots); Handling in insectary (I3); Handling of virus in laboratory P3, qRT-PCR, ELISA; RNA extraction, western blot, molecular biology to set up dengue viral titration for qRTPCR, protein expression and purification.

* 2008: Three months training at the CNRS UMR 6061 "Institut de Génétique et Développement de Rennes" (Cell cycle unit): Set up of a substrate purification technique of a given kinase (precisely the mitogen kinase Aurora-A).

PCR (cloning and sequencing); Western blot; Cell culture (Eukaryotes and bacteria); DNA extraction; Agarose gel electrophoresis; Immunofluorescence. I saw how video microscopy operates.

* 2007 Four months training in microbiology and molecular pharmacology laboratory. Cell cultures, antibiograms to screen antibiotics against given bacterial strain and determine Microbial Inhibition Concentration. I also did evaluation of the anti-tumoral activity of some plant extracts by the Crown gall disease method with the Ti plasmid.

SCIENTIFIC PAPERS

S. Tchankouo-Nguetcheu1, L. Pincet1, P. Roux2, M. Bahut3, C. Guette 3,4, and V. Choumet1. Differential protein modulation in midguts of Aedes aegypti infected by Dengue 2 and Chikungunya viruses. PLoS ONE
1 Unité de Génétique Moléculaire des Bunyavirus, Institut Pasteur, 25 rue du Dr Roux, 75724 Paris cedex 15.

Three other papers pending. I am first author on the three coming (writing now) papers. The target journals are Proteomics (submission for September 2012), Genetic (submission for September 2012) and JBC (preparing).

Remarques :
