Goals
Manage 3 teams to create and maintain a synergy across medical, regulatory and health economic affairs for a better optimization of the cycle life of drugs.
Missions
· Match medical, regulatory and institutional plan with the French pharma business perspectives and cascade into high level tactical study,
· Increase the credibility of 3M Healthcare nearby the Health Authorities (HA),
· Optimize the relationship with the HA in order to gain the best position for negotiation.
Results
· Re-negotiation of a 1M€ rebate per year (Economic Committee 2003, 2004),
· Global revaluation of a dossier at the Transparency Committee level (2005),
· Successful negotiation with Economic Committee : dramatic improvement of the agreement payback clause (2005).

Medical Manager MENA & North Africa (European position) (2002 - 2004)
Goals
· Seize a significant share of the growth potential in Eastern Europe and MENA with Aldara and Flecaine/Tambocor,
· Select where to prioritize investments by evaluating market potentials,
· Prioritize countries and cluster them by key attractiveness factors to generate entries and development options,
· Ensure the proper transformation of analyses into operational action plans.

· Define local strategies in liaise with accurate reglementary guidelines as well as business needs,

1992 - 1999 : BAYER PHARMA : Therapeutic Areas Manager (Cardiology, Metabolism, CNS)

Goals
Create a team spirit with 15 people (7 clinical project leaders).
Missions
· Built international development plans in relationship with headquarters, seek for validation by the French authorities (AFSSAPS),
· Perform international phase II & III clinical trials across Europe,
· Budget 50 000 kF.
Results
· Certification ISO 9001 (October 1994) (1st medical department in the pharmaceutical industry),
· MAA : Nifédipine GITS (angina pectoris and hypertension),
Nisoldipine (hypertension),
Aspirine (secondary prevention),
Métrifonate (Alzheimer disease).

1979 - 1992 : HOECHST : Clinical Project Leader, then Cardiovascular Area Manager (5 physicians)
